Very bad first impression. I tried out the app by placing an order. After 30 minutes I check the status of the order and it has been cancelled without any notification. Upon contacting the support, I am informed, it's because my area is outside of delivery. If that's the case, the order shouldn't be allowed to be placed in the first place.

Thanks for your feedback! Unfortunately, this means that you put a pin in the delivery zone, and not to your real address which was out of areas of delivery. We corrected this aspect of the application and now put a pin is not so - it is almost impossible🤗
In addition, now we deliver all over Dubai!

Got my orders earlier than expected! My items are handed to me courteously by their delivery personnel. They've lots of discounts in the app which you'll discover when you see the gift box icon. When searching for products, type specs to get more results. Their list is not that extensive yet compared to other online groceries but you'll still get what you need. Best of all is, no minimum on delivery and no delivery charge 😊 Thanks so much, Yalla Mart!

Does not deliver to my location. I am requested to share my email to recieve notification once service starts to my address, but after entering email ID the screen does not move forward. Waste of time. . User can't even navigate to check the products and pricing if the delivery is not available in my area.

Hello, Pooja B! Yes, we proceed from the assumption that if delivery is not carried out to your zone, then there is no need to show prices and goods, sorry.
Also - each address is covered with "his" darkstore. Each store has its own prices&goods, so even if we wanted to show them, this would be a distortion of reality, which we do not want
